The Parador area really is a prime location and there are few other villas this close to town available for rent in Nerja. From the Parador area both Burriana and Carabeillo beaches are a short walk away and an easy stroll through the old town of Nerja takes you to the Balcon de Europa in a matter of minutes.

The Parador villas are well presented and all have a minimum of 2 bathrooms; some of the 3 bedroom villas have sufficiently large third bedrooms to allow parties of 7 or 8 people to stay.

The Parador villas are all within a stones throw of each other and when neighbouring the villas have connecting garden gates enabling large groups travelling together to mix easily. All in all, the Parador villas make an ideal spot for family holidays.
