Nueva Nerja is a delightful development of two bedroom town houses built in traditional Andalucian style located in a quiet yet highly convenient part of the town of Nerja.

The whitewashed villas are set amongst cobbled walkways which all lead to the main pool reserved exclusively for guests of the Nueva Nerja complex and some of our holiday rental villas are situated directly around the pool. The pedestrian only style gives a feeling of peace and security to the area.

The Nueva Nerja development continues on the other side of the street where there are a smaller number of town houses built in the same traditional Spanish style and where there is a second community pool.

Nueva Nerja is well positioned just to the east of the town centre and a stones throw from supermarkets and other amenities. The focus of any Nerja holiday is the famous Balcón de Europa, alive with street entertainment, horse drawn carriage rides and sensational views, not to mention the mass of shops, café bars, tapas bars and restaurants in and around the area. The Balcon can be reached in a short easy stroll from Nueva Nerja through the cobbled streets of the old town.

The beaches at both Burriana and Carabeo are equidistant and only a 5 minute walk away. Burriana beach remains the most popular of the town with its sporting activities, beach sports, children’s play areas, shops and endless family orientated bars and restaurants. The huge giant paellas cooked on the beach remain as popular as ever.
