| The apartment comprises light and airy lounge equipped with Free to View satellite 26in flatscreen TV with incorporated DVD player, music centre, foldaway dining table with chairs and double sofabed. Dual aspect with juliet balcony facing west and terrace facing south. Kitchen, completely renewed in 2010 and equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, etc. The apartment also has a washing machine. The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and juliet balcony. The bathroom has a walk in shower, wash basin and wc.. From the lounge, patio doors lead to a south facing terrace with views over the good size community pool and beautifully maintained gardens. The terrace has a retractable sun blind providing cool shade when required. Both bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans and there are radiators for the winter months. We are not restricted to Saturday changeover all mid week arrivals are acceptable subject to availability.  |
