The beach is accessed in just a few minutes walking through the well tended grounds of the Capistrano Playa development. Capistrano Playa has been built in a horseshoe shape around an ornamental lake and all of the properties overlook the lake and on to the Mediterranean Sea. The complex has a large communal pool and toddler pool. Burriana beach has a vast array of restaurants and bars, sporting and recreational facilities and children’s play areas.Capistrano Playa 512 comprises a good size lounge diner with TV giving multi European channels including UK limited english (BBC ITV etc). Ceiling fan. There are Patio doors from two sides giving access to the terrace. Modernised kitchen including washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. Modernised shower room. The bedroom also has patio doors to the terrace and has twin beds. The terrace is partly covered, faces south and has dining table and chairs and sunbeds. From the terrace there are superb lake and sea views as can be seen by viewing our interactive Virtual Tour of the apartment. NB. There are many steps to reach this apartment so it is not suitable for the less mobile. UK TV Please note that at some stage in 2014 Spain will be losing Satellite reception of UK channels.
