This is a spacious, well presented air conditioned apartment in an elevated, peaceful position above Burriana beach. There are steps leading down to the beach which takes just a few minutes and from there the town is a short walk. The apartment has a spacious lounge with two sofas, TV & DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and includes a washing machine, the bedroom has a double bed and there is a shower room with walk in shower.
The apartment has ceiling fans throughout and also benefits from air conditioning and wifi included in the rental price. The property also has private parking.

Outside there is a private west facing terrace with dining table and chairs, brick built BBQ and two sun lounger chairs. From here there are views to the town and the sea.

Please note there are 55 steps from the car park down to the apartment and 86 steps from the apartment down to the beach.
